Classes follow a simple balanced structure and are tailored to the group. The class is kept small (average 8-10 participants) to allow close supervision. The class is progressive and adaptions given to participants to accomodate different ability levels.
Julia provides all equipment needed (including muscle release balls, air filled wobble cushions, gliding discs and soft balls. Please wear something that allows easy movement – we exercise in socks or bare feet.
Julia will obtain a detailed history from you via the registration form which you are required to complete prior to commencing, you can download and print off on-line. Please work at a level which is comfortable for you and importantly inform Julia of any concerns or changes in your health. Julia welcomes all feedback from her clients.
Fee £8.50 when block booking a term or £10 drop in.
