What is Pilates?
The Pilates Method was developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) and has since been modified. It is particularly recommended by medical specialists for spinal problems and postural aches and pains.
Julia’s style of teaching has been influenced by her physiotherapy practice and other movement therapies.
She will guide you towards finding:
