Pilates can build postural awareness, challenge balance and co-ordination to give you a better swing. Building core strength can help you hit the ball further.
The class balances exercises in a functional ‘standing’ position focusing on enhancing rotation and balance, with floor work including muscle release techniques. The class is limited to 10 participants to ensure close supervision.
